Evolvia offers International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coaching Education, Level 1 and Level 2.

Evolvia trains new coaches, deepens and advances coaching knowledge, and facilitates the use of coaching as a leadership tool for leaders, managers, facilitators and individuals who are passionate about high-level self-development.

Evolvia was established in 2004 in Iceland by Master Certified Coach (MCC) Matilda Gregersdotter, who is the most experienced coach educator in Iceland today with more than 18 years and 3,000 hours of experience in leadership coaching.

Level 1 - Coach Training Program

Level 2 - Advanced Coach Training Program

March - July 2025

For individuals who have completed 60+ hours of Level 1 training, and have over 50+ hours of coaching experience with multiple individuals or groups. It is also for managers, facilitators, and leaders.

Level 3 - Coach Training Program

Level 3 accreditation is intended for coach education providers who are interested in having their education organization accredited by ICF Coaching Education.

Graduates from a Level 3 education and training program may apply for the Master Certified Coach (MCC) Credential using the MCC application path if they meet the credentialing application requirements.
